You don't understand the people on the drive very well, which is not a problem. But then I have a problem when you correct your order and laugh at it! In addition, a few stupid slogans were trilled. Fast and good. Something is rarely forgotten (for larger orders). Are only people. But always kindly helped.

It's a shame that after a year I can't submit a 1-star application again ... It can't be that difficult to get a complete order without a more than presumably incompetent worker forgetting something in an order via the Mc Drive ....

You are probably wondering why only 2 stars. Simply 1 star for the food. (Yummy) And a star for the local location. It lacks three stars due to the bad price / performance ratio, as well as the unfriendly and stressed staff and the hygiene.

The sauce is missing the big mac is as big as 2 hamburgers. They really saved up on everything and they switched the food. Very dissatisfied and not admissible

Every 3rd order feels a bit wrong or not included at all. Ordered Big Tasty Bacon, got the Big Tasty Bacon packaging, but with another burger inside. Ordered strawberry milkshake, got vanilla. Waiting times don't speak for themselves either.

It's basically clean and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately the same problem as in every McDonalds: The more unusual the problem you have (forgetting things, questions about ordering, etc.) the less you are understood

In McDonald's Crailsheim, there is an employee who has been on the kicker for a long time, and doesn't pay any attention to me when talking, really dissatisfied, that's why a star

Tables that are totally smeared should be cleaned more often, especially these days. Employees who come to the shift walk across the shop without a mask 🙈

Very unfriendly, totally overwhelmed staff ..... and we just wanted to get a coffee ... we didn't get it. Not recommendable!!!!!

Very disappointing :( Milkshakes are just warm foam with dissolved powder, taste underground. There has been no breakfast at Mcs since February, but you don't find out about it on the website or from the staff, pure moneymaking because people go there for free. Staff should Take a course in customer service, but not here anymore.

This McDonald's was a bit crazier than usual McDonald's crazy. I guess it needs a bit organization. Everything else, classic standard McDonald's. Same all, same all.. 😁

I don't hate McDonald's. I visited Donald cos my girlfriend wants it.

Worst McDo experience ever. Walked away after 15 minutes wait for 2 hamburger and a salad. Terrace disgusting with open garbage bags. Staff are unfriendly, incompetent and generally don't care about "customer experience. Definitely a place that deserves a new franchisee.
